Freestyle Running

Post by Derek »

Anyone can explain to me the benefits (if any) behind running through housing estates via the linkage of blocks? Just did 20 minutes of it within my neighbourhood and did a heck lot of jumps, running ups and downs, sprints here and there, et cetera. Was very fun. :)

Just to add on, my definition of the title here is at a very amateurish level. I certainly can't leap off buildings yet.

sound like mad man on the loose or you're being chased by the MIB.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

I think the biggest benefit is the fun factor. Motivational tool that will surely spur youto repeat the feat. Unlike track running, which is so very boring.
