today i tried not touching fruits.
feeling like shit now :( really feel miserable.
somemore i see mangoes. im hungry now. random.
shall try to cut down (or eliminate them altgthr) on fruits intake except for pwo.
more fruits simple carbs for pwo.
side note, bf level went down for tummy :oops:

for females drinking copious amounts of water (assuming you are not) really does make a significant difference in tummy "flatness" (as my gf likes to put it). :drinkers:

somewhat true. and i drink alot alot alot of water.... prob is always finding the toilet.

I found the toilet at Lorong Sesuai just now...actually very near only...

actually if you going low carb, shouldn'y you try to deplete your glycogen stores to kick start ketosis?

entering full blown ketosis is rather difficult, i would rather go low carb (~100g) of carbs without bothering bout entering ketosis....

on a side note/platter,

i just polished off a loaf of bread, a jar of nutella and a jar of peter pan's.
and before that, 10 awesome, juicy fuji apples. :D
lucky my mum always buys a lot of fruits.

together with poliquin fish oil (perhaps due to training more times per week), I feel slightly slimmer.
man, it's a slow process.

the only way i can down 10 apples in a shot is if it goes through the blender first
