ok i know i women la.. but then now i starting to buy and cook my own dishes if not i'll be eating the same things again and again and again ----> see log.
as for kang kong, make sure no brown/yellow leaves or leaves that looks like dying.
my mum taught me about the ladies finger.. the near tip of the finger must be soft then is the good one.
still got any tips for other vege??

The sad part is, if the vegetables look too pristine, they've probably been pesticided to death => not healthy to eat (too much, anyway).

This also explains why organic veggies look like they've been chewed on by caterpillars etc.

As for me, I choose "springy" veggies, not "limp" ones.

If you go to a wet market, buying fresh fish and chicken isn't too difficult. Buying at a supermarket, though, is tougher, since everything is normally cling wrapped so you can't really smell nor touch.

np.. i always go to wet market one.. so next time i choose those vege kena bitten by insect can already..thx phing :D
