Poliquin's protocol is:
Fat people - No carbs PWO, just whey + glycine + glutamine
Lean people - Carbs are acceptable, I think he recommends Vitargo.
The Fat/Lean threshold I believe is ~10% for guys and 14-16% for girls.
So I'm fat
