OK this unker here usually gulps BF down cos damn lazy to prepare & usually rushing in the mornings:
what i put into the blender is this:
1scoop whey protein (ON cookies & cream's my fav - damn shiok)
5 scoops low lactose low fat milk powder
2 teaspoon coffee
1 - 2 bananas
blend for 2 min & gulp down (taste pretty shiok) together with 1 multivit, B complex, zinc, fish oil, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, fibre capsules.....

Having a blender is good. GOod for lazy people like me who have to sleep more and wake up late for work. i'll put rice in it if i can haha
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.
