I measure using a measuring scale. Its about a handful. Anyway, cannot really depend on conting as I realised some time ago that almonds vary in sizes by a lot.
And, Calories dense? Nuts sure are. I take them for the fats.

I am no expert. Everybody is different. But, if u track your food, then you can tell whether what you are eating is enough. Or too much. Just try to ensure that there is fat in your diet. If u want lots of fat in the diet, then your diet must be low in carbs. The opposite also applies.
