Ideas for Breakfast

Post by shion1 »

Hi guys,

I'm back to clean eating again.

Old topic, but I need ideas for breakfast. Currently eating the following (with coffee back kosong + 2 capsules fish oil):
2 hard boiled eggs with apple or cucumber; or
cottage cheese with cucumber or apple; or
half can tuna with broccolli; or
egg omelette (2 eggs) with apple or pear...

I get hungry 2 hours later. Snack will usually be hard boiled eggs and cucumber again or half can tuna. Am I eating too little for breakfast?

I am getting bored of eating the same thing over and over again. Any tips and advice will be much appreciated.

Thank you. :finga:

what is your goal ?

Anything with high fiber low GI load with proteins can liao..

if you get hungry fast then eat more meals but spread out your portion accordingly according to your caloric target.

breakfast?

If u have nice tasting whey protein (i like chocolate mint), then a sludge is one of the best breakfast around.

Lets say u want to bulk up...
Then
2 scoop whey,
1/2 cup of dry oats
Just a bit of water.... dont make it until like soup base. Make it just nice.
Mix.. and its tasty.
Note: this is a protein + carb meal.

If u want to diet down...
then
2 scoops of whey,
36g of almonds (dry roasted is best!)
just a bit of water...
Mix... gives u about 50g protein + 20g fats.

SUPERB!!! Moreover, if u are like most of the population who has minimal time for breakfast because u need to rush to work... this is a great meal.

By the way, am I part of Team Biceps too??
I honestly do curls everytime I hit the gym. On the other hand, I squat everytime I hit the gym too.

Usually half a shaker of milk + 1 scoop of whey, cuz i always wake up late for work, if got a bit more time + 2 hardboil eggs.

Non working days, one and a half cup of oats + water + one scoop milled flaxseed + one scoop cottage cheese + one handful frozen cranberries + one egg. Eat like hot icecream. Cranberries and cottage cheese to cool it faster.
