dont worry.. we confirm will not include KB snatch into our 300 workouts. Too technical already this skill. DB snatch may be included, but definitely not KB.

Sufian, how much is 36g of almonds? As in if I count how many almonds will it be? Nuts are calories-dense? Any limit of intake per day for fatloss goal?

I measure using a measuring scale. Its about a handful. Anyway, cannot really depend on conting as I realised some time ago that almonds vary in sizes by a lot.

And, Calories dense? Nuts sure are. I take them for the fats.

Talking about fatloss goal... I tot u want to put on weight?

I am no expert. Everybody is different. But, if u track your food, then you can tell whether what you are eating is enough. Or too much. Just try to ensure that there is fat in your diet. If u want lots of fat in the diet, then your diet must be low in carbs. The opposite also applies.

alright, breakfast menu has been changed for me these few days.
2 eggs, half a can of tuna and some nuts.
no more oats or fruits :(

U all get the nuts from phoon huat right? Can i get them from their so called "speciality stores" on their website? Are they the cheapest?

Haha need some really easy to get food without having to prepare in the morning. :lol:
