Casein

Post by vicvic »

hey guys,

does anyone here take casein? if so which casein are you using?

i'm thinking of using it as i'm really quite lazy now to wake up earlier in the morning just to prepare food to bring it to the camp. not getting enough protein over there.

yes, was taking trueprotein but it just ran out a few days ago. waiting for xian's MO to arrive.

now taking atw one. as usual it clumps just like every other atw protein i've tried.

in the morning you probably just wanna take whey as it's cheaper and you need to digest it fast after an overnight fast anyway.

I've had ON and currently on Protein Factory. I generally use a blender though I've found a shaker can do quite a good job with the Protein Factory product. I've never tried to use the shaker with ON. I suppose I'll do a more detailed review once I get onto my second bag. But I've slowed down my usage currently since I haven't been training regularly last couple of weeks.

icic, thanks for the feedback.

i've got plans to get the ON one already, just wondering if there's any other brand for recommendation

intending to take them for the next meal after my lunch.
