Nope but you get less break out and balance your acidity/base levels.

End of the day, you have to assess your bowels/fart and bloating.
You may need more than greens - Betaine Hcl and probiotics.

My fart doesn't stink now after 2 days of B.HCL and Probio.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Is there any side effects out there that results from overconsuming of green tea? I drink at least 5 mugs a day at work lol.
