I noticed in older threads, the timings were recorded here.
I start with my pathetic result, plus extracts from respective training logs,
150 chin/pull + 150 Dip but Cap at 20min:
Bruce 70, 70
Phing 120, 120

i don't know about you guys, but i feel like i grew an entire slab of muscle after sundays workout, however, my back has still not recovered from the stress of that workout. Good job sufian, we should do this more, just not too frequent haha

I think I lost a whole slab of muscle, my outer pecs were sore, guess I DO use the pecs in dips.

I read from T-Nation that, the wider the grips, the more pec is engaged (but in this case the grips are fixed), also, the more upright the body, the less pec (and more triceps) is engaged.
