I should be ok too. Let's decide where soon; TPY, JJC, hill sprints?

Something short - i.e. can be completed within 10min? Then we can do some warmup and finishers instead of being killed by the main workout.

My foot rot's back after the 4d3n outfield, but on the other foot, and currently being managed now that I've experience, so hopefully it wouldn't pose a problem...

Recovering from flu, hope will be ok by then. But fitness is sure to suffer (from slow to slowerest).

I think you know the answer to that... since when can you buy anything useful (except towels) from the e-mart...

It'll be hit and miss weather wise in terms of rain that time of year.

Sorry, no way I'm running 2 miles on top of a 300 rep WOD, esp not in my present state.

personally I've always thought murph was pointless... you can't keep the intensity up; 100 pullups? obviously not.

I'd say if we can't even match work capacity 101 or ninja, murph is just an exercise in frustration and torn blisters.

Apart from work capacity 101 and met-cond ninja, here's another suggestion (gymjones WOD) for a long'ish workout:

“Those Burpees Suck”:
10x Pull-up +
20x KB Swing @ 53# +
30x Box Jump @ 24” +
40x Push-up +
50x Sit-up +
60x Burpee +
10x Pull-up
