Next weekend is the Genesis event. You sure you wanna 300 the day after that?
Also, won't be free on the 24th...

Re: 17 April
guys Genesis have offered their bumper plates to be put on sale.
$60 for the 10kg, $80 for the 20kg. My rugby boys gonna share the price for a couple of 20s... Anyone wants to share the money for a couple of 10s?
Then we can include some power cleans in our 300.
BTW, I have bought the prowler... cost me $400. All in the name of my team, and our team.
Time to step up our training boys.

Re: 17 April
i was thinking just 2 x 20kg, 2 x 10kg, and a spin bar.
Its for a workout, not for SWF.
And, I was thinking of holding up Elliot's bars amd plates for him. But, we need to be doing more workouts first though.

Re: 17 April
2 spin bars and 10-20kg plates should be sufficient for us in waves. I'll chip in.
But must maintain leh. I think the spin bars Jon wants to get rid off are chinese ones...so need to maintain, if not like the old Crossfit SG ones, after a few months up lorry liao. Must grease/oil and keep away from moisture/salt.

Re: 17 April
keeping away from moisture in SG is easier said than done.

Re: 17 April
Should be easier in the office/gym when the a/c is on. Rather than in a storeroom without a/c.Canuck eh wrote:keeping away from moisture in SG is easier said than done.
