So far Elliott and Sufian are ok...Phing/Keith yall ok? Should be prowler and tire flips, though I might sub the tire flip with something else depending on how my back feels.

prowler push one way with upper body arm extension to engage chest and arms (lighter weight than using lower body push)... that'll kill us...Canuck eh wrote:niece in-law is sick (again), so no swimming for E.

Guys, great job tdy. Im proud of all of us, pushing ourselves to the limit. Great to know such a bunch of ppl who are willing to push themselves.
