I might be up if I'm not taking E swimming.

I think we'll have to SMS Sufian, not sure how often he checks.

Elliott should be back and recovering from his club of the week?

Good to go, closer to evening (5pm to 6pm) would be best.

OK 5pm JJC tomorrow who's on?

So far Elliott and Sufian are ok...Phing/Keith yall ok? Should be prowler and tire flips, though I might sub the tire flip with something else depending on how my back feels.

niece in-law is sick (again), so no swimming for E.

Needs to be fairly on time though, I may need to go for her birthday dinner afterwards...

Seriously, no upper body work?

prowler push one way with upper body arm extension to engage chest and arms (lighter weight than using lower body push)... that'll kill us...

Guys, great job tdy. Im proud of all of us, pushing ourselves to the limit. Great to know such a bunch of ppl who are willing to push themselves.
