Annual 300 2011

Post by galapogos »

Actually supposed to be end of July, but I'm not 100% yet, so how about sometime end of August? Will probably need to go to JJC for the barbells. SWF would work too if not for the lack of sufficient pullup bars.

A graphical representation of why the yearly 300 should be held:

Notice upward trend in times recorded. This is unacceptable and must be rectified. It shall happen this year. :snooty:

picture doesn't show, but yeah, would like to rock like it was 2008.

I think one of the differences is how consistently we've been doing 300s...

Yeah, you should have charted the first 300 we did, and then the 2nd, everybody improved from 1st to 2nd, then it was downhill after that...!

Yeah, guess his balls to the walls training method during 300 has paid off. Good to see some results backing up all that talk :P

Will aim to beat him next year then :axe:

Anyway, entire back, biceps and abs are hurting now, and hamstrings are also very tight.

My back is quite sore too. And my finger hurts like hell (as a result, I had to switch to mixed grip during a set of deadlift; I think I ended up doing 60 reps in DLs rather than 50... sigh).
