How about it?
When: Sunday afternoons as in the past 430, give or take
Where: Typically either JJC (if we let Sufian know/ask early enough), TPY or the hill
Who: the usual suspects
What: We'll figure it out during the week based on location/equipment
Why: cuz we outta shape
How: Get'er done (by hook or by crook)
So how does this Sunday for everyone look?

Should be fine. But I'll be in Europe the next 2 Sundays after that so no go...that's why I've been killing myself with finishers after workouts this past week, haha.

I'll just go to a corner and cry now...Canuck eh wrote:Why: cuz we outta shape
Umm, this sunday should be ok, but I need to stay away from high rep pullups to let my elbows get better. Or else start doing ring pullups.
Actually, high rep anything where I have to hold onto something for long periods, including KB swings... sigh.

OK, high rep burpees and box jumps for you then...
Re: Group New Year resolution, 300 consistently
Ok, so assuming TPY.
Program that is elbow friendly then...
I won't be able to bring too much as I'll be lugging a cooler around
