Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

This weekend is out as it's the F1 race, unless you guys want to do saturday morning/early afternoon, which is probably the only time I'm free. Sunday is out.
Also, I'll be away 16-23 October, so the next option is 5th of October, which should also be after fasting is over.
For sunday, I'm ok for early afternoon onwards.
Stadium sounds good, I've just started working on my running in the last couple of weeks to prepare for my next/last IPPT where I want to ace the 2.4km. Just please choose a place where it's convenient to public transportation for most. For those whom it's out of the way, we should also try to arrange lifts from those who drive, e.g. if I'm heading there from town, I can give 2-3 others a lift from around lucky plaza area.
I can't make the saturday that week (4th) as I have a previous commitment till about 2pm, then my weekly commitment from 4.30pm onwards, but otherwise for saturday, are you guys ok for early/mid-morning workout?

Just curious Louis, is every post Groundhog Day to you? I think the course of our discussions re: next workout would revolve around a track and the fitness corner located there...Weib wrote:depends on what we're doing..
stadiums are easy access and free, just which one you wish to use.
But yes we need to decide on location. TPY is relatively central.
5 or 6 am? Haha. Count me out of this. Its just 9 days left of fasting for me, after which I can join you guys full swing, day or night.
