Am up for it if I have no softball (Sundays).

Can build in sprints... around track and stairs...

Can have Phing try to teach us HSPU. No KB's yet limit certain choices

Let me tell you, for someone who chooses not to drive in SG, it's a pain to get to

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

This weekend is out as it's the F1 race, unless you guys want to do saturday morning/early afternoon, which is probably the only time I'm free. Sunday is out.

Also, I'll be away 16-23 October, so the next option is 5th of October, which should also be after fasting is over.

For sunday, I'm ok for early afternoon onwards.

Stadium sounds good, I've just started working on my running in the last couple of weeks to prepare for my next/last IPPT where I want to ace the 2.4km. Just please choose a place where it's convenient to public transportation for most. For those whom it's out of the way, we should also try to arrange lifts from those who drive, e.g. if I'm heading there from town, I can give 2-3 others a lift from around lucky plaza area.

I can't make the saturday that week (4th) as I have a previous commitment till about 2pm, then my weekly commitment from 4.30pm onwards, but otherwise for saturday, are you guys ok for early/mid-morning workout?

depends on what we're doing..
stadiums are easy access and free, just which one you wish to use.

Just curious Louis, is every post Groundhog Day to you? I think the course of our discussions re: next workout would revolve around a track and the fitness corner located there...

But yes we need to decide on location. TPY is relatively central.

TPY stadium looks like it's walkable from the MRT. I'm fine with it.

I hear a lot of yes's for TPY stadium, so let's decide on that.

Can we decide on a day?

This saturday morning 27th Sep? Maybe at 6 (5?) am so Suffian can join us? :P

Or the following sunday afternoon 5th October? (sorry, I can't make saturday morning that week)

Sat mornings are ok, but please don't make it that early! I would be fine with say 10am. Anything before that, I'm not gonna perform well at all.
