Anyway,this book is not some fanciful fluff with self proclaimed earth shattering "scientific" revelations.It is mostly a compliation of 3-day/week routines based on the PL Big 3+military press.This book has been getting good reviews in the strength community.

And it would better to have a basic understanding of Westside Barbell principles if you wanna understand this book better.
