Very weird guy at shopping centre

Was doing some window shopping at a small, old shopping complex, some phelgm retained at throat.So i cleared my throat but not in any loud manner and spat into an exposed bin.

I walked off.

Then wtf this cracko came along,tabbed my shoulder and said something like 'bu wei sheng'(not hygenic) in mandarin and said that i cannot anyhow spit anywhere i like, this aint the toilet blah blah.Hes definately not the cleaner for sure.

First thing came to my mind, wtf?

I just told him: 'Ni sheng jing bing la, siao..'.

I spat directly into the plastic bag inside the bin not just leave my saliva dripping off the edges.Going by his stupid logic, we should not spit or clear our noses on paper napkins or throw away straws and disposable utensils tainted with saliva into the bin.Yet, i see people doing that without being subjected to complaint.

Its the same thing isnt it?

Since when is the bin not a breeding ground for bacteria, doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
