Your FAQ on exercise and weight loss works
Came across this thread in Cozycot forum. Seems Gala's effort did not go to waste. http://www.cozycot.com/forums/showthrea ... 00&page=24

Hi Weib, Seems you have 'evolved' from brassy to savvy in the way you respond in the forums. I like your more approachable responses nowadays.Weib wrote:i'm the behind the scene covet agent.
Want to post a pic of yourself in your blog since you were declared no longer 'fat'? I need the push to go lose my stubborn fat too.
haiya... must show pic one meh... must see in real life to believe lah...

in truth in my eyes, i'm still fat and i like to think of it that way to raise my standards. Until i get extremely ripped then i shall post a pic but i'm still working on it.
So i'm still fat no change there =D
i find that CC is more open to change then FP with the pill popping and working out but well why bring up the past?
Anyway lets see how it goes, helping short cake with her diet and routine so it'll be more impressive actually.
I will post later on, a video of my client..
47 year old mother/senior executive and potential power lifter who have lost 17 kgs and can bench 28kg for 6 RM
I may soon need to move her to a bigger gym with heavier weights! *hint gym opening hint*
I think its more inspirational to see a senior woman getting to her goals then a young punk like me.

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Not sure if you are asking me. My long term goal is to master the techniques of those workouts I am interested in - all the kettlebell moves, Ttapp, Prasara and the bodyweight exercises in Steve Cotter's encyclopedia. Not a very disciplined person so it takes time.Bryan wrote:shirl wrote:]So whats ur goal??Weib wrote:i'm the behind the scene covet agent.
Short term goal to really make the effort to lose all the extra padding I have accumulated over the last 3 years. This time making real effort in controlling my diet. Just exercise alone can't work.
