I guess if you train like this (see picture below, you can compensate for a "not ideal" form...


According to the commentary, "Red is 25 kg, Blue is 20 kg, Yellow is 15 kg and the bar is 20 kg", so that's front squatting 290kg for a guy who is in the 77kg class...

The color-code is Oly standard. Competitive weightlifters (e.g. Goi) should be very familiar with it.
Surprisingly, ClubFitt at Sengkang Sports Complex has color-coded plates.
Don't know if there's any other commercial / public gym that has it.
