My body is that of an ectomorph, i think.
I have a so-so v shape but the protruding hip bones spoil it.What can be done or nothing at all

same problem. hips/thighs/hamstring always first place to store fat..
i remember coachjon mentioning might have to do with hormonal problem or something..

ok should have said 'and'..
wide hip bone and tendency to store fat around that area. i guess that explains partly why my agility suck..

chinese say wide hips good to give birth..
Maybe you're made for greater things!
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Personally, from my observation, while small hips can be more aesthetically pleasing, the lack of a wider base seems to hurt the amount of power and strength that can be generated by the trainee.
