when I did FGB last weekend after a long lay off, my traps, quads, glutes, calves were killing me the whole week (I think it's the push presses and bench jumps, haven't done those for quite a while, they are the most explosive of all the movements, the rest being wall balls, SDHP, C2 rows).

Oh wait, I think my whole body hurt...
