I just opened the boxes up and sorted through them...
A few cockups
1. All chocolate w/sucralose milk protein isolate are vanilla instead. Jen, Lee, KC affected
2. 25lb WPI/WPC blend is not individually packed, but rather 1 big 25lb bag. Xian, Jensen, myself affected.
Xian & Jensen, please gimme 1-2 5lb tubs each so I can transfer it again. Fuck I hate transferring whey...
3. Natural chocolate flavor not individually packed. Jensen, myself affected.
Jensen if you have, gimme one of those fish oil bottles. Your portion is about that big.

i did ask them to pack into 5lbs bag each... lol. goi, please take pictures of those milk protein isolate. as for the flavours, they should have packed them by packs as stated in their website. i'll make complaints to them by tonight.

HI, i recently there are 2 orders which the packer screwed up.
1. Order Number: W77413.
The packer gave me 3 x 5lbs of vanilla flavoured milk protein isolate instead of chocolate which i requested for. refer to the pictures below.
2. Order Number: W77418
I requested for 25lb of recession whey wpi/wpc blend to be packed into 5 bags. however, they gave me one 25lb bag of recession whey and 5 empty bags... simply asking me to pack myself. I hate seperating whey.
And also, i ordered 4x natural choclate flavour packs... as stated in the website, each flavour pack contains about 50g of material. however, i recieve a single 200g.. and again, asking me to seperate the flavours.
PS: i mass ordered 3 packages from tp.. and now not only me who is not happy with this mass order..

so how? doesnt concern me.. will have to pay for the vpost shipping charge if u want them to ship in the chocolate ones...Hey Choy, I understand your concerns over you packages. The first one with the vanillas instead of the chocolate is definitely our fault and we will replace that for you. As for the recession, they come to us prepackaged and we don’t allow customization of those, which is why we sent you the five bags. Sorry about that, but that’s just our policy. The flavor packs you can definitely get separated, we just usually will put them in the same container unless the customer states that he/she wants them in separate jugs. So next time just state in the comments section that you would like the flavor packs separated.
For the MPI, let me know how you want to handle this situation. We can either send you out 3 chocolate ones now or we can just add it on to your next order. Either way will work for us. Thanks and sorry again for all the problems you had with your order.
