i dunno man. the doms that jon's pull-ups left me were terrible. there are many scary stuff out there too... sometimes i wunder why i torture myself like this. pain for pleasure? hmm.

thanks for the encouragement
not so soon... got alot of things to learn. one step at a time. i can't control down the go-down slow movement, i drop down. the doms it left me.... lasted for 5 painful days!
