I'm ok with the casein I got (chocolate unsweetened), I use half a scoop mixed in with my breakfast muesli. It's a bit chalky, and doesn't really mix (compared to biotest's metabolic drive), but that's not a big deal (since I'm not making a shake). Pouring it out from the 5lb bag into a 1kg bottle was a pain, though. I felt like I was working in a heroin lab!

10 lb of recession whey unflavoured will cost roughly S$116.10( from previous MO).. if add flavour packs will cost about 130 SGD. flavours comes with artifical /natural sweenter.

ok i got a prob here totoal there are 60 lbs of recession why.. i can only order in 25lbs increment.. anyone want to withdraw or add ?
