well, i think most of you know the core and strength techniques, but everyone applies it differently.
for my workouts, i lift explosive and control my lowering, doesn't matter what rep range it is that day.
funny thing is i only did one training with the woodlands guys, once 1 week before the finals and the trials.
experience play a part also i think, but of course prep workout and understanding your body will help.
lee, you shouldn't take what i say seriously also.....:)
