Buy condom better. Protection against your left or right hand or your HC trips (very important). :yawinkle:

Hey Alex, apologies for OT so badly in your thread...coz I find it so hilarious, so comical, what a good way to laugh your hearts out...If I go on,my colleagues will say I am mad

Anyway, lets get back to topic.Who else wants to chime in their thoughts with regards to fitness philosophies?

I think Peter's system is quite a good one,it is holistic and integrated.

Alex, there are many factors which determine champion. Hard work, strong mental strength, good training, diet blah blah blah are just some points. There's still a need for talent, eg: long belly muscle can thrive in bodybuilding.

I look at BPL, man you is always the best though i dont want them to win. Good squad, good manager, team work, mentality, they have almost everything. I thought CR saga will screw man you this season but seems like they have recovered from it.

Chelski may have the best team on paper actually, but they are crap this season.

Liverpool, negative tactics and poor mentality from players except JC, SG & torres.

Look at aston villa, normal squad, great manager, 3rd at the moment.

So which is important? Talent still.

Well I was part of the first batch who took the OPTS-CPT exam too. Would have been good to know if I passed or failed since I was so sure my theory wasn't bad.

You can't be all that good if all you're good at is "memorizing scientific stuff"

Incidentally that was why I went to Poly since I knew that I was on my way to being a superb mugger for textbook value in JC. :)
