alamak, go and read the WOD list, FGB is in there.
They won't like it coz we're going to be man handling the equipment there. They didn't like it the last time we did it...
You will be our designated gym-attendant-fighter just for suggesting the fight...wahahaha...

haha it is a fight, depends la.
only that malay guy is abit anal, the botak fellow don't really bother quite liberal.
Quite a good attendant actually, one of the better ones i've seen.
Just change it to 5 station x 1 rest
20lb per hand thruster
75lb sumo high pull( use 2 15kg hex plate kb style)
Bench jump ( jump squat)
75lb push press
45lb hang clean

I was about to ask how we were going to sub wallballs and C2 rows for calories.
So it's a 40lb (2x20lb DBs) thruster sub'ing for wallballs?
not sure what you mean by using 2x15kg hex plates KB style for the sumo high pull? So just doing KB style cleans? I may not agree with this; what's wrong with just doing sumo high pulls (other than that my shins always get scraped)?
I don't particularly like the 45lb hang clean sub'ing for rows, my elbows always take a beating from having to control the eccentric (maybe 45lbs is light enough to not worry about it though), any other options? Does that water rower at E1 measure anything?

let me suggest 45lb jumping squats to sub for C2.That means the empty barbell.
Or, to make it more realistic, jumping lunges.

I'm assuming
Goi 16,20, rings
Phing 16,24 (8,12 for Steph?), rings
Keith 16, rings, if I bring a 20 as well, would appreciate a lift or anyone want to split a cab both ways?
Anyone else have anything they want to bring?

Goi 16, 16, 20, rings
Phing 8, 12, 16, 24, rings
Keith 16, 20, rings
Vic 16, 20, rings
So we have 1x8, 1x12, 5x16, 3x20, 1x24, 4x rings...enough for 4 per wave.
