The CorssFit games should end around 1200hr but shouldn't be a probelm if you guys warm up at 1130hr.

Everybody who did it twice drastically improved their times from the first, so here's hoping for better again this time (although it seems like none of us are at their best at the moment, what with Goi and I still recovering, Keith just back from a "sabbatical", Elliott still purging his body of china toxins etc).

Workout is (was):
25x Pull-up +
50x Push-up +
50x Deadlift w/60kg
50x Box Jump w/20" (rx'd is 24")
50x Hollow Rocks (rx'd is wipers w/60kg)
50x KB Clean and Press w/16kg (KB must touch floor between reps)
25x Pull-up
300 reps total

Apparently the order should be pullups->DLs->pushups..., but we did pullups->pushups->DLs. Should we correct this?

whatever...are we still doing hollow rocks, or wipers?

ouch everywhere hurts during massage today. got 2 big round concentrated dark red bruises at my teres minors from cupping...

working on it. chopping everything up and putting the pullups->DLs->pushups etc together takes a while. Not sure if it's going to look good, will try first, if not then will do it in sequence instead.

well you did do CFSG games before... not sure about your "bouncy" DLs, but each to their own workout. Just glad you participated!

i don't remember louis doing cfsg games? he was messing around with rizal with the kb and some headstands.
