I asked for something that will kick my ass...
And I got it.
Good one today, and I was really gassed today.
Phing's Day Off. Well, Phing will get to try this too someday.

Well, I forgot my timing just now. Phing can update?

Here we go:
1st wave: Louis+Henry+Weixian
2nd wave: Vic+Keith
3rd wave: Suffian+Goi+Jordan
Louis 5:51
Henry 8:18
Weixian 7:43
Vic 6:02
Jordan 6:04
Now it gets a bit messy:
Total Time -- First/Second round timing
Suffian 10:20 -- 3:54/6:26
Goi 11:24 -- 4:35/6:49
Keith -- 4:23/6:57 (took a break of about 4 min between rounds)
Good job guys!
I'll work on the video, give me some time... music chosen.

hmm, notice all the second rounds have about a 2.5min drop-off except Goi... I'm wondering if I shouldn't have kept going, my muscles were starting to get tighter from sitting around after the first round. The second round was a complete mental exercise though, just to keep pushing everything. Definite keeper!

Ya 2nd round was bad. About as bad as I though a 3rd round would be. But if I had to choose again I'd still go for the 2nd round, coz just 1 round of it was too little I feel. I still had gas in me after I finished the 1st round. However the gas was pretty much expended after the 400m run! Can't wait to see the video.
And Phing, it's Sufian, not Suffian! His name is his nick!

Suggestion for song
Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want - the Smiths
featured in Phing's, I mean Ferris Bueller's, Day off
and Sufian got what he wanted!
Yes, it's missing an edge, but it's retro!

OK let me try to get the Bueller soundtrack. In the meantime I had put in Pink's "This is how it goes down" <
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8licDMcDmnM>, but I will need a 2nd song anyway so I can always put please please as the ending track
Sorry Sufian!

Well, the name thingy is ok. Doesn't bother me at all.
Well, the turnout was suprisingly good. Keep it up please. We need Bert the ninja and Ryan to join us too. And also Jon "the Santa" Boey. The boys need your tips man, as we are doing KB stuffs and shit everytime.
And, Louis kicked most of our asses. And he still has gas for the 6 to 7 rounds of HIIT after. Hmm, seems that his research log has paid dividends.

Jon won't come until after the prelims when his hopes are dashed

well my style of training now mostly metcon, so 1 round of that is not really that taxing on me.
I think the farmer lunges helped alot haha

If you had that much gas left, you should've joined us for round 2 and then continued on with 3 on your own
Yeah, liked the turnout and everyone was there to push themselves and everyone on.

thanks for the vid man.
BTW, I just realise that vic and jordon, after strong runs in the 400m, really slowed down a lot in their working sets.

yeah, Vic still needs a lot of work on his KB swings.
Jordan's/Weixian's ring dips need more work too. We should keep ring dips in there for a while...

Last Saturday's HSPUs were harder than ring dips for me...my triceps were sore till yesterday.

Less Zouk-out = more KB...
It doesn't matter how big a packet Phing gives you

, it's how you spend it

Nice video, you guys look 'interesting' without tops. Kinda topless.
Notice one thing, still throwing kettlebells about. Although acceptable but it hurts to see the bell being drop like that. Kinda like telling the bells to 'f' off after using them.

I never throw my KBs... unlike the rest...
I had to screw/tighten the rubber base of the 24kg back in after the 300 workout last weekend... grrr.
