i have see how jay works (my lady stylist), she really make a good difference to all my lady customers. all praise her so far.
as for guys, maybe there are some japs customers and communication break down, they are not really satisfied, but i believe this will be solved when my jap stylist starts to work.
overall, communication between stylist and customer is very important. if you sui bian sui bian, your hair will be random, must keep talking to stylist to get ur desired hair (style).
No hair no talk.
