OK I think we should make the change to Safra. Thunder everywhere, I don't think it'll ease up. It hasn't rained yet but by the looks of it, probably soon.

Add up total reps.

what it does mean, though, is that the next time we do FGB, you too can do your version (135lb thruster, 135lb cleans, 225lb squats, 135lb push press, 40lb DB swing) and see how much you improve
