note sure what happened, I left the 3 videos uploading last night and when I came back today none had uploaded, so I had to restart them and Oxygen Debt Part A uploaded in the last 3 hours (now being processed by youtube). Strange... hopefully part B of OD and part B of metcon ninja also uploads overnight.

This is very irritating, now part I of OD has had audio blocked... grrr... we need to find a different site, Youtube is starting to lose it's luster...

You can use Jamendo.com but have to search,
alternately would using Newgrounds.com

Sorry, couldn't keep up this week and last... I can rename it if necessary (where's the Mink though?)

Can I ask you guys for a favour, please start downloading music from jamendo or wherever (I suspect mixed tapes are ok, either that or youtube has only started clamping down recently?) so that after our next workout that's video'd, I don't have to hunt around for more music?

As you have seen, without music the videos aren't quite as fun, especially after I've spent some time trying to match some peaks and vocals with the workouts, only to have to cut out the audio and redo again with a new one (and I don't have time to resplice the videos).

Evil Mink is an anagram of Kevin Lim, who came up with the workout. So Kev would be the mink
