At $5psf(neg) it's quite cheap.He has 4 so it'll cover almost 100sqft - Enough to dump KBs on for a small group.

It is tempting... but if you say Jon has complaints from his neighbour downstairs, I'm sure I'd definitely get complaints. I'd likely only dump 24kg from OH in the comfort of my basement...
