Spot Reduction

I have never really believe in spot reduction.
But i just saw this Clearasil Spot Reduction/Control facial cleanser, dunno if it's good. Anyone use that?

nv used before but i dun think it's quite good.
use oxy?
actually, just cleanse ur face regulary, scrub it etc... all will be fine =]
