Field Report on Tampines gym

This was my first visit to the gym, i went together with Aaron and Bert(Flamekid).
We saw our own Derek doing push presses of 92.5kg for triples.
I wanted to determine the standards of the Tampines Clubfitt Gym and the habits of the gym users who frequent it.Take into account that i seldom visit the gyms after the working hours where people start to pour in.You might want to take my findings with a pinch of salt as they might vary from your own visit.
A personal obersavation was carried out.
-Seems that the culture of heavy lifting has been ingrained in the gym at the expense of form thus requiring forced or partial reps(sometimes both).Perhaps,the bigger guys were the ones to introduce it OR everyone wants a 'piece of the pie'.
-Community there quite closely knitted.Many people know each other.However, this is a phenomenon at other gyms as well.
-There seems to be bigger guys at Tampines as opposed to other gyms.Maybe, its the day or time that i visited.Well, maybe its just Tampines.
-Quite well equipped.Two multi stations, individual weight training machines, plenty of cardio training machines.However,the cable pushdown machine cannot be adjusted at all.
-Mild paucity of weight plates- there needs to be more plates as people are constantly scourring for them whenever the big boys come.
-Most of the free weight training equipment are well placed at approriate positions and infront of the mirror.
-Also, i actually see more guys doing squats and DLs as opposed to other Clubfitt gyms(Aaron and bert no count).Well, like i mentioned in the second point.Maybe, its the day or time that i visited.Maybe, its just Tampines.
-Showering facilities and amenities surpasses that of many clubfitt gyms.Very well maintained and clean.
-Some cute sexy little petite 17-18 year old clad in fbt and sports attire girls.
