Later eat too much kaya and bread, refined carbs + sugar content in kaya=Blood sugar level crash, later get dizzy during strongman then fall over and sprain ankle resulting in serantonin crash and adrenaline rush.

why yakun sia over priced
go to the kopi tiam near the KFC/guardian
ask for set - 2 piece of bread 2 half boiled egg + 1 drink - $2.30
or you can have 4 half boiled egg + 1 drink.
my pre-workout meal before heading to E1 hehe.
