On your 2nd and 5th placing at the open catergory and invitational catergory respectively.

Your conditioning was superb.

Abs were looking very sharp today and you did a good job on covering up the loose skin at the lower abs.Your legs also pwned many of the contestants.

and Jen on his 3rd placing, i forgot hem placed what .
