eh,dont train better la. cos after u train, immune system goes down, worsen the condition..
drink more salt water.. should be ok for the next 8 hrs.

Yes u SHOULD!! train hard and heavy is the way to go....
In another way u can see it as training up ur CNS limitations....pwr right...

i would go about it but in a much more relaxed pace.E.g more and longer breaks and lighter weights.

Chiu should train at your biggest rival/competitor's gym. Then stand next to him all the time and keep using his equipment. Make sure you sneeze into the handles/bars/etc. Then he ish will be sick too.

haha nice suggestion goi, i dun even know who im going up against though
i think ill juz lay off the HIIT and cardio for today...

i usually just carry on. only if a high fever hits.

What weight class you going for? 75kg? Maybe Danie? He trains at Jurong West or something right?

ttravel to all the gyms in this island n spread ur virus la.... Its like a cardio to u too

Train if you want to, but megadose vitamin C 1000mg every two hours. Didn't do this and got a high fever the next evening. Did this on the day after and recovered quickly.
