Time to start thinking of our next poison...
New workout? Or revisit another old one? I vote for a new one...haven't done one in ages...

sounds good.
I seem to recall Phing saying he's working this weekend. So we will have a few less KB...

I should be ok for sunday afternoon. Sat morning I have a hospital appointment (my regular cancer screening), and I have a ton of work to finish off by end of next week so I'm kind of booked out for most of saturday.
But considering Steph and Justine's performances, perhaps I should only be bringing in the 16kg and 24kg...

oh... no.
mm, i could try doing a 16kg but i think it would better to bring a 12 kg as well, just in case i need to go lighter for any subsequent rounds esp if there are runs involved. i still want to make it back home safely...

Have some family stuff this Sunday, so no 300 workout for me. By all means bring on the 20kgs for Powerhouse Steph.

I'll live vicariously through the next video.

We still don't have a plan yet...
Revisiting might be easier. Phing also mentioned to some that their running could use some adjustment, perhaps he could do that at the beginning if whatever we are doing isn't run intensive.

At least we have a dinner plan
I was gonna check my Ross Enamait books to see if there's anything interesting, but I haven't had the chance to do so. Hell sprints tonight so probably no chance today again. Maybe tomorrow.
Otherwise, a few workouts we haven't done for a while are:
- Evil Mink
- Blame Canada
- Huat Ah!
- Jingle Bells
- Jordon
- Sufian

You asked, so here we go... 3 rounds AMRAP:
A) 1min focus mitts, Score 3xpunches=1
B) 1min alt knee, Score 2xknees=1
C) 1min pullups, Score 1xpullup=1
D) 1min 16kg C+P/J, Score 1xC+P/J=1
E) 1min pistols, Score 1xpistol=1
F) 1min rest/bonus points period... 1arm pushups, Score 1x1arm pushup=5
Total time: 17mins, Total score = sum of A-F scores for all 3 rounds
Note there are only two (F) rest/bonus periods.
Suggestions welcome for alternate exercises/scoring as appropriate.
time to run away...
BTW won't be able to join you guys tonight for the sprints, have to help my wife with some video editing (I'm about 3/4 of the way through last week's...)

There will never be a worst. Because if you can make a workout that you claim to be the worst, I can make that even worse.

clarifications:
B - are these like bicycle crunches or KTE?
D - 1H or 2H?
E - subs? Aside from me and you, can the others do any? Or at least from a bench or elevation like Goi?

B - these are done standing, alternate knees to hand in guard position i.e. a Muay Thai style knee
D - 1H
E - hold on to a bench?

I don't think it's that bad, A+B are highly dynamic effort so self-scaling, C+D representing the more strength oriented met-cond portion, and E is just pure grunt work, with F being the "big boss", and forcing those who think they can do it, into less rest... bwah hah hah hah...
Umm, maybe I can't make sunday after all...

Can. With enough time, any workout is doable

looks really scary for the both workouts prescribed.
once again, i am prepared to die... it's getting tougher. i think i would prefer to do Eva though. Dying multiple times.
