Having mixed feelings turning 31. All that crap abt life directions, achievements, whats to come, expiry dates etc etc...and its getting one step nearer middle agedness for my liking.

Emo stuff aside, a WOD? Sure, hate burpees, and lunges come a close second....have balance issues. U guys can work out something around that, i guess, since I won't be going through the this sunday.
