As above. I 'm wondering if anyone can help me to buy as well when they go there. The fucking place closes at 6 on weekdays, and doesn't open on sun so I can't go there to buy. Sat is out as I go out for the whole day.

yes i notice that ryan's getting more vulgar too. ysdty at jon's gym, i thought no swearing should be allowed since he very much strongly discourage/against/do not accept it. you need to sort yourself out ryan.

Ryan, you can try Meats, Marinades, and Much More at Novena's Square Two shopping mall. Not as cheap as QB foods*, but the opening hours are much more flexibile, and the place is also more accessible. It's at level four beside the food court.

*Chicken drum sticks at $6 / 1kg pack, et cetera.

ok. Perhaps I should clarify myself. Sat: morning 12 i would want to go to behemoths training at hong lim. 230 i have service at cuppage plaza till about 430 or 5. after which, we go out together to chill.QB foods closes at 3 right. Only time I get to spend with my group of friends tt matter most.

Regarding vulgarities, I realized I'm sick and tired of being picked on and misunderstood by others. Even ben finally admitted ytd tt whenever I post something, ppl seem to shoot me down. The more i post, the more chance ppl have to shoot.

I'm sick and tired of trying to be cordial/diplomatic and clarifying things when i get picked on and misunderstood, although I treat my training log as a blog and tt's why i choose to post some personal thoughts without planning for others to comment on them.

I think it's time for me to start living. With an attitude of my own. I noticed ppl like KC, aaron, kevin lim swear flippantly but tt doesn't make them unpopular or anything. In fact they're doing well in their endeavours (training/social life) though I'm generalizing and I'm pretty sure they don't give a damn about what others think of them.

regarding my response to Louis's comment, i reacted tt way because the way I see it, he presumed immediately tt i was being lazy and lying about not being free on sat, when in actual fact I was genuinely seeking help to see if anyone doesn't mind helping me buy the beef when they go there.

If his intention was really to offer a solution, then I apologize.

Otherwise, don't expect me to mince my words.

Derek: Thanks a lot for the lobang. Really appreciate tt. The reason why i'm so uptight about QB foods is because I realized it's cheapest grass fed beef in singapore ( even cheaper than outside), about as nutritious as you can get, and still palatable enough tt i can eat it everyday without getting sick of it. Perfect except for the location.

EDIT: I posted all this before i read the posts by Nakorius, Vic, Goi, Ben, Sufian, Keith and all in the Diet section, "maximum cans of sardine per day thread" . It gives me something to think about. Regardless, I'm think i'm not going to edit what I said earlier before the rest have a chance to read and respond. If there's any flaming, I'll accept it with integrity.

there seem to be a lack of tlc in this forum, too many guys. too straight, too blunt. too ego. this cause the defense mechanism in people. from wot i see. oh well. perhaps this is wot happen when too many guys gather together. i dunno. dun mix with huge group of guys often.

ok, maybe you can't skip church for a week, but you mean to say you can't skip training with the behemoths for one week to go? what about in the morning? hong lim training starts at 12, you can wake up early and go get the food what. they open at 9am on saturdays.

and you don't have to swear to "be cool". there's a difference between dropping the f-bomb once in a while(which I do too), and using it every other sentence. Surely your vocabulary is not limited to swear words? Can you not express yourself in some other way?
