I dont agree with the push press part though, if you need 2 people to control your eccentric for you...

not bad.

they are still showing young adults with decent mobility though. where are all the bad stuff? people with poor movement?

lol shes my former coach, 4th in germany as a thrower. i see they're still stuck at half squats, awesome though HAHAHA TIME TO GO BACK CATHIGH FOR TRAINING AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEE!

being a former national athlete doesn't make one a good coach, nor gives one the knowledge on training.
experience yes, but apparently she either lacks it or she doesn't know how to use it.
lots of former athletes still like to stand on their high pedestal.

Yea, thats what i thought so too.

Doesnt mean you know how to instruct,convey messages or illustrate examples.
