Not too bad, but like Kevin (Chia) mentioned, there doesn't seem to be a lot of greens in there. However, at least the focus is in unprocessed, real foods. M / 30 / 176cm / 185# / 10% BF sounds like you!

I'd suggest a replacement for the lettuce which is more nutrient rich, e.g. broccoli, brocciflower, brussel sprouts, green beans etc.

Fruits wise have more variety. Papaya is good (and your tummy will thank you)... which reminds me, take some probiotics in the morning.

Similarly for your protein source, remember salmon has issues with heavy metal poisoning.

You can try kefir, greek yoghurt etc for variety instead of just cheese all the time.

BTW you mean blueberries, right? Not blackberries?

I'm not sure about meal 6 (9pm) being the same as meal 2 and PWO meal.

Hahaha yesh ish me. I try to change the greens weekly. This week ish lettuce, 2 weeks ago brocoli, sometimes spinach. The salmon is alternated with seafood omelette (yummy) or stir fried chicken breast sometimes sukiyaki beef slice. Blackberries got discount last week $2.95 for 500g (I ish cheapo) else it would be 2 x fuji apples or naval orange.

The 24 almonds is 2 blocks of fat anymore I will become bui bui. So far the performance and recovery has been ok with the current diet.
Can we do something about the nipple?

personally i would replace the oats with quinoa or sweet potato. you might even want to consider replacing all your carbs with fruit. you have mentioned you take greens so ok.

i don't see much saturated fat as well. agree with xarope, replace the cheese with natural plain yoghurt, taste great and low on calories. eat your berries with them shiok! :finga:

share recipe for seafood omelete? hehe

I go home i show you a pic.

basically just beat the Egg ( at least 4 la to make it substantially thick enough)
non stick pan fry it under low heat and put the lid on top for about 2-3 mins.
Low heat because you don't want the based of the egg to be burnt.

The top part will harder a lil bit but still squashy...
you can put tomato puree as the base then add toppings on the top like a normal pizza.
Then add cheese and continue the low heat with the pan on top.
Its done when the cheese is fully melted.

yesterday i did was 180grams whole eggs + 87 grams full fat cheese - so not meant to be for dieters.
good for bulking or if you're doing IF`ing.
