read book lor. i got a lot of ebook. training, nutrition, etc. chiu want?

or watch beedeo. just not too much porn unless chiu can pcc with left hand.

I am already losing weight despite pigging out... this is bad.

Never heard of it but I would do it if I could.

On another note, a stroke patient would be in a different situation... theirs is neurological? My arm is paralyzed due to the extensive nerve damage.

I guess once the fracture heals and with enough physio to fire up my nerves, it would help in regaining my strength?

Estimated timeline for nerve recovery is a year to a year and a half though.

Sorry for holding onto it for so long. Planning on going to CFSG & 300 this weekend, so will pass it back.

i only get it to pass to another friend and to update the shows. no point getting an external hdd if i don't share, lol.
