Imagine if every other ssc gym close and the people got no means to go to more expensive gyms, 2 months later you see them all shrink, muscle atrophy

your school got no gym ah alex?

Very little diversity of training equipment, huge weight discrepancies between DBs(sometimes cant even find a similar weight).Very restricted also -can only use during "sports and wellness" modules.

The worst is the cable machine, hellalot of sharp metal splinters protruding out, got cut a lot of times and rusty also.

No squat rack, no bench press etc etc....i think you get what i mean la.

I will probably visit Thomson CC gym during this period.They got 80lb dbs

Do they have any in SG? Back home I used to go to a Gold's that was 24hrs for a while, that was good, especially when I was busy at work...

Pretty much train anywhere, though you'll need to get more creative to do legs

harlow...you can train at many place...you can train at crossfit singapore, Sg Titans, Team Behemoth and many more...no excuse...

Just ranting a little about the convenience but by no means i wouldnt stop training.
