ah. the famous david belle video.

if you are interested to start i'll suggest you start learning how to jump and land properly first. followed by balancing. landing is very very very very important in parkour, i can send u an awesome textbook to begin with.

not good enough personally to teach anyone anything yet, as my parkour training has halted for over a month. the only thing i can do decently is the speed vault lol.
