Anyone want to do the actual 300 soon? It's been almost a year since OPT closed down and we did that final 300.

Maybe hold it at CFSG one coming Saturday since Kev is closed on Sundays?

There'll be real boxes as well. Not looking forwards to 50 pull ups though...

Have to wait for Kevin for the OK. Maybe make "300" the WOD for that day?

I think they only have 1 24" box, unless we stack plates up for the shorter ones.

Given that its 50 box jumps, i think a bench will make more sense.

OK so we've spoken to Kev and Ree, and they've kindly agreed to let us use the CFSG facility for a special "300" workout for our anniversary of sorts. It's going to be on Sat Aug 1 either morning, or around noon. We need a headcount of who can make it. There will be a charge for using the facility, but not sure how much it will be, but probably won't be a lot.

So who's up for this? I'm gonna assume those who said yes above this post are still gonna say yes.

sorry man, school's starting soon and i dunno how my schedule will be like, might have lessons of saturdays. that's why can't confirm so soon..

Can you push to the next week by anychance or the week before or just anytime before a thursday? Would love to go but cousins wedding in hk that week from thur to sunday.
